The quality of finished products is determined by the quality of the raw materials, as well as the successful passing of the products through various manufacturing stages according to the acceptance criteria of each product at each stage of its manufacturing. As a result, our laboratories implements the relevant tests and inspections at all stages of production to assure competitiveness and distinctive quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EGC is one of the leading companies in the accreditation of its laboratories in compliance with ISO\/IEC 17025:2017 requirements. Moreover, our laboratories have been accredited by the National Accreditation Council EGAC, which has recognition from the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation ILAC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

1- Raw Material Testing Lab <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

2- Process and Production Lab<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Inspections, tests, and laboratory measurements are performed in accordance with the documented procedures and work instructions of the implemented management systems on a sample that represents the production batch, these tests are performed at the end of each production process (mixing, grinding, coloring …etc) to measure the different characteristics like viscosity, density, fineness and so on. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

3- Finished Product Lab<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Inspections, tests, and laboratory measurements are carried out on a sample that represents the finished product to ensure it’s conformity with the specified requirements (technical characteristics, customer requirements,…etc) before delivering it to the end user. In addition, tests on a regular basis are performed on stored products to ensure consistent quality measures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
